There are not enough great comments for me to say about Jimmy Howard and Mike Murphy Ford in Morton, Illinois! To say that this man went above and beyond for my husband and I is a total understatement! Jimmy took time to work with my husband and I in August to place us in a beautiful 2017 Ford Escape. I loved this car for its comfortable seats to the roominess that it provided for our family. This was going to be my baby for the next several years! Fast forward to October...my beautiful car was totaled in a three car accident. Thankfully no one was injured but our insurance company made it very difficult to get things in order quickly. You see, my husband works a 60 hour a week job while I carry on with three jobs of my own. To be reduced to one car was going to be nearly impossible. After the insurance companies continued to drag their feet...a call was placed to Jimmy who arranged for us to have a service loaner for as long as was needed. There was no pressure or timeline given! It really helped us function with our busy lives. When a rental car was obtained, we took back the loaner so that it could be utilized by someone else who could have been in need. You see...the offer by Jimmy and the Mike Murphy team to use the loaner was spectacular! We did not ask...they offered this to our family. That made all the difference in the world! Just them being there to assist us in a time of need was totally above and beyond what we felt was necessary! After we received the call from our insurance company stating our car was totaled, we were given 72 hours to return the rental car. This was Monday. We returned to Mike Murphy to once again sit down with Jimmy to discuss our future steps with our insurance companies and to look at future vehicles. My impression was that we were going to pick what we liked and they would hold it for as long as necessary...boy was I wrong! Jimmy showed us another amazing vehicle that I fell in love with. This one surpassed the beauty of the last Ford Escape which I did not believe was possible! I repeatedly told my husband that we were not going to purchase the first vehicle that was shown to us...wrong again! Jimmy has such a talent talking to his customers to find out their likes and dislikes and turn them into reality! I was able to drive away Monday night with my vehicle...I did not leave it on the lot with a sold sign! Jimmy and Levi made that happen for us! By Jimmy showing me the PERFECT vehicle, my husband also decided to look for a new vehicle as well. Jimmy was very thorough, patient and honest about the vehicles he looked at. By the third vehicle, he was so happy that he found his new car. Perfect color and perfect options with the perfect price! Jimmy, Levi and Mike Murphy have earned every bit of my current business as well as any business in the future! It is very refreshing to deal with honest people who are out to truly make their customers happy and satisfied!

I felt it necessary to post about my trip to Mike Murphy even though I ended buying a vehicle elsewhere. I worked with Brandon Salvati and I must say that he was very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and down to earth. He answered all questions about the two vehicles I test drove, and created a very relaxed environment in the process. While I may not have ultimately purchased my new vehicle at Mike Murphy Ford, I would, without reservation, tell everyone of my positive experience at this dealership.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and was searched ching on line I got an email from Jimmy at Mike Murphy Ford in Morton. I went in to look at a possibility of trading in a car with negative equity for a new one. Jimmy and the gang made it happen. But my story is just beginning. I didn’t even make my second payment when in an unfortunate incident my wife was in a accident. Luckily no one was hurt but the car was totaled. I was having issues with my insurance company getting a rental car and gave Jimmy a call. He have me a service loaner for a week till I got my rental car. When things settled down with the insurance company Jimmy found me a second brand new vehicle in less than 90 days. With the second one way better than the first which I didn’t think was possible. With the gap insurance helping me get rid of my negative equity I ended up also buying a new used car from Jimmy as well. 3 cars in less than 90 days. Jimmy was great during the whole process. Never pushy like other salesman I have dealt with in the past from other dealerships. He actually has a great personality and with like to say if anyone is looking for a new vehicle, Jimmy is the man.
