A crawl ratio of up to 100:1 requires the Rubicon's 4:1 low range, the six-speed manual, and the available 4.88 axle. Its 5,000-pound tow rating applies only to a four-door Rubicon with the eight-speed automatic and the 4.10 axle. Two-door Wranglers max out at 2,000 pounds, and the 392 V8 tops out at 3,500.
